Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we ship your wholesale candy order.

Processing & Dispatch

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs & Destinations

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and internationally. Some products — particularly large bulk pick and mix items — may be restricted for certain destinations due to customs regulations. Available shipping options for your address will be shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We recommend a minimum order value of $150 to make shipping costs economical.

Chocolate & Temperature

Melting risk

Chocolate products are susceptible to melting in warm conditions. During summer months or if you are located in a warm climate, we strongly recommend selecting express shipping to minimise transit time. We do not use refrigerated packaging.

Orders containing chocolate that arrive melted due to high ambient temperatures are not eligible for a refund unless express shipping was selected and the carrier is at fault.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or the delivery date has passed, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
